We have been with key finders for about 7 months. They found us a great tenant and their support since then has been very good. Especially Brandon Baird, who is my primary point of contact, has been particularly attentive and helpful. I can ask him difficult questions, he is an effective communicator, always professional in the ways that he speaks to people or writes emails, he listens well, and has a fantastic attitude. I feel like I learn better ways to communicate just by watching him in action. I'm very grateful for their support.

Keyfinders always makes it easy for us to complete move-in's, always accommodates our needs. We have been with them for almost 10 years and have never had an issue moving to different locations. The properties they provide are always clean and updated. 10/10!!

I always thought dealing with a realty company would be dreadful BUT keyfinders showed me different.  Whenever I called the office or put in a work order they responded the same day. There was no hidden agenda when it came to keyfinders. I relocated out of Baton Rouge and it was kind of last minute for them. We had a problem with my months advance notice but they worked with me. When it came time for us to receive our deposit back they DID NOT disappoint. Keyfinders gave me my entire deposit and everything was hassle free. I definitely recommend keyfinders to anyone whose looking for a company to do business with.

From the first contact, they went above and beyond our expectations to make the move in as simple as possible and the move out as quickly and pleasent as could be.
